Frequently Asked Questions

Access, Timing & Setup

  • Your rental slot of 4 hours includes setup and breakdown time. If you require additional time, it can be rented for $163-$215 per hour.

  • Arriving before your start time or staying beyond your allotted time may result in an automatic charge to your card.

  • Telva, our coffee shop, is busy on weekends. Please instruct your guests to park across the street in the designated parking lot and enter through the front entrance of the event space. The front entrance should also be used for loading/unloading event decor and food.

  • An on-site point of contact will be available during your event to answer questions.

Trash

  • Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash at the end of their event in the dumpsters located in the parking lot across the street. Food and decor must be removed.

Parking

  • Free public parking is available in the lot across the street labeled Rolling Ridge Parking. Street parking is also available for your guests. Please share parking instructions accordingly.

Tables, Chairs & Supplies

  • Guest is responsible for setup or may opt for a $100 setup fee.

  • (80) silver metal chairs are available for use.

  • (7) 72” low round tables are available for use, seating 10 guests each (recommended: rent 120-inch round linens).

  • (2) 6 ft. plastic rectangle tables are available for use.

  • 5 Vintage wooden tables are available for use.

  • 10 café tables are available for use.

  • Linens, additional tables (including cocktail tables) and chairs are not provided. If needed, arrangements must be made separately.

Decorations

  • No taping or hanging on painted walls.

  • Items may be taped to brick walls using double-sided or putty tape.

Catering

  • Catering and Bar menus are available online.

  • Our preferred vendor Balkan Treat Box provides setup, delivery, disposable plates, plasticware, serving utensils, chafing dishes, and staffing for our catering services only.

Bar

  • All alcohol must be purchased through us. No outside alcohol is allowed. Outside non-alcoholic beverages are permitted.

  • We do not provide ice for your coolers or tub to put your beverages in (leak-proof containers).

  • A $250 bar set up fee per event covers staffing and setup for bar arrangements. We provide a water station, ice, cocktail napkins, and cups. A 20% service charge is applied to bar tabs.

Outside Caterers

  • Please provide the Caterer Info Sheet to outside caterers.

  • The Ridge Room staff is not responsible for coordinating with outside caterers but can answer questions. A small table is available for the caterer to set food on in the back, but space is limited.
